i have been permanent for at least 9-10 years and been coming for at least 11yrs. this place is truly a place for not just young hip people but for the elderly as well as this campground will try to accommodate you and your tastes. the owners dorrie and clyde are some of the nicest people you will meet. that why we have constant renewal with our seasonal to permanent campers. previous people who have said that they dont like the campground have probably a problem themselves. and if you have come here more than 10 years you should already know how things and dont be surprised when people like to go fishing. and there are more tent sites then just down at the pond. we had tent just of the hill last week. you could literally ask dorrie of clyde where else you could set up a tent and camp. or make a reservation. so get you fact strait before you open your mouth. because if cant prove your statement. or no one will care. exactly since will fill up just about every week rain or shine. thanks for reading.
We tent camped here an we had are travel tralier an pop up here . If you are looking for peace an quite this is it .
Awesome campground. I enjoy spending time there and hanging out with friends.
This place is totally all about their seasonal campers and could care less about there weekend warriors who like to use tents. They only have 3 tents site that are available and it is around there pond which is filled with people from the campers fishing all day long. They practically site right on your camp site and listen to ever word you say. Then at night before quite time we are told that we can't make to much noise because it bothers their seasonal guest. Used to camp here as a kid and totally change everything about them. They are also totally religious now so they will constantly invite you to church and you simply say no thanks your immediately judged. Clyde took it upon himself to have a heart attack every time we spoke. Not only did he have something so say just about every other hour of the day they likes to scream and yell at adult trying to treat us like kids. I've spent 20 years going to this site and never had such rude service. They told me they rather no have us back then to keep having our 500 hundred buck every time we camp with our group of friends. No privacy and neither one of the owner communicate well because one would say one thing then we hear anther different story from the other. My advise is to stay away from this place unless you want a church friendly campground.
Such a wonderful place to stay!! A very family oriented place, tons of things to do for all ages..staff is excellent..very friendly and courteous, we felt like we were treated like family members...if you're looking for a nice, clean, quiet, friendly, fun and very reasonably priced campground to stay, this is the place hands down!!!
